年月日限，无有差错”。该经还称：“人身中亦有三宫六府百二十关节，三万六千神。

人身行恶，身神亦奏之三官；

三元八卦岂离壬”句，董德宁注称：“三元者，三才也，其在天为日月星之三光，在地

为水火土之三要，在人为精气神之三物也。”这就将内丹修炼同道教教义中的宇宙生成

理论联系在一起了。现代道教著名学者陈撄宁还在《黄庭经讲义》中称“三元”为元精、

元气、元神。

另据《云笈七箓》卷三《道教三洞宗元》，“三元”又有宇宙和道教经籍起源的意
